We did Chris and Stacy’s wedding back in 2007 and it was a blast. We got some amazing pictures and were excited to hear from them requesting a new family picture for Chris & Brian’s mom. In our conversation at the studio we learned the last formal picture, other than the wedding photos, that their mom has of them is their senior pictures. So mom was requesting an updated picture of kids, that has expanded to include Stacy. I think mom is going to be extremely happy to have a new portrait on her wall!

Little Luke Delker was in the studio recently for the last portrait in his “Watch Me Grow” album. Jill and Adam brought Luke in with his red car that he just loves! We found out he loves it even more when dad has him doing wheelies and racing around the studio. Super cute! This picture came after Adam raced him around the studio and stopped right in front of lens.
What an amazing wedding! Heather and Daniel are so much fun. From the time they first met that day at the Baughman Center to the sword fight using marshmallows skewers- at the end of the night, the day was a blast! Melissa from Masterpiece Weddings coordinated the day masterfully (and gave birth 2 days later). Dragonfly set up a sushi bar at the new Villa East and rolled fresh sushi for guests as they waited for the happy newlyweds to arrive. Once they arrived the party really started. There was roasting of smores with organic chocolate, wonderful desserts, plate smashing and tons of wonderful food by Celebrations Catering. Their friends and family partied late into the night enjoying the tunes spun by Wayne’s World Entertainment. We got lots and lots of great photos – hence the delay in getting the blog up – I had a hard time picking only a couple pictures for the blog. Gregg and I had a great time and can’t wait for Heather and Daniel to share the rest of their photos with everyone.
We had a fabulous time photographing Bridget & her husband Larry with their three kids Diane, Dan, Doug. They let us know when they got to the studio that we could do what ever we wanted with them, so we did. We played in the studio for about an hour doing everything from the family pyramid to the siblings goofing around like they normally do. It was great that we were able to catch some great family memories before Diane headed of to Japan and Dan headed back to school. We got some very fun images and love capturing families this way.
We had an amzing time at Camp Crystal with Julie and Paul. The happy couple met there when they were 14 and this is also where they shared there first kiss. Now years later, they are getting ready to tie the knot at Camp Crystal this spring.
Paul and Julie had tons of stories about being there. Chants they use to say, camp songs they use to sing and some of the activities they use to do. They have a long history as a couple and we are honored that they chose us to capture those memories.
