Angel & Gregg Pachkowski

Photography 35 owners Angel Adams Pachkowski and Gregg Pachkowski integrate their professional photography education, “real world” photojournalism experience and years of photographing weddings, to offer a unique approach to their clients.

While skillful at classical photography, they believe that many of life’s most memorable images come from capturing unposed moments. This is true for portraits as well as weddings.

When it comes to weddings, Angel and Gregg have a lot in common with their brides and grooms; they recently got married in Gainesville. Tying the knot gives them a unique expertise of Gainesville weddings from both sides of the camera.

In order to keep Photography 35 on the cutting edge, Angel and Gregg continue to enhance their professional skills by taking workshops and seminars with industry leaders. And they actively participate in the Florida Professional Photographers (FPP), Professional Photographers of America (PPA), the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) and the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA).

Angel Adams Pachkowski graduated with honors from the Southeast Center of Photography, which is recognized as having one of the best photography programs in the United States.

While completing the program, Angel started a wedding photography business in Daytona Beach. Leaving this business to her partner, Angel pursued her photojournalism career working at the Leesburg Daily Commercial and freelancing for various publications and companies. Her clients include Backstage Pass, the Daytona Beach News-Journal, AllRace Magazine, Bethune Cookman College, Candy Heart Productions and the Florida International Festival featuring the London Symphony Orchestra.

Angel has worked one on one with world renowned Sports Illustrated photographer, Bill Frakes. In fact, Angel herself has been published in Sports Illustrated several times.

Gregg Pachkowski graduated magna cum laude from Boston University’s College of Communication in 1989. Since then, he has studied portraiture at the New England School of Photography and graduated with honors from the Southeast Center of Photography in Daytona Beach.

Gregg has photographed everything from baby christenings to shuttle launches, from weddings to the Super Bowl. Photography assignments have taken him as far as the Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Peru, South Africa, Mexico, India and across the United States.

Gregg worked as a staff photojournalist for the Daytona Beach News-Journal. In addition, his work has been seen in various newspapers across the country, Boys’ Life, Golfweek, Habitat World, Sports Illustrated and on the walls of the Southeast Museum of Photography.

Gregg’s work has won numerous awards. In fact, he was ranked as high as 2nd among photojournalists in the southeast United States by the NPPA.
